*) India ( New Delhi ):  (PCI ) authority Justice Markandey Katju has hurl for date of  (CJI) on the ground of excellence and not on the basis of preference.
He added there is no structural arrangement or legal law of the senior-most judge of the SC being proposed as CJ and therefore "outstanding" CJ of a High Court can straightly be selected as CJ of the SC.
Markandey Katju felt the  conference of meeting of Chief Justice of India at currently is often directing to "undesirable results" creating great loss to the bench.

In this framework, he challenge the honesty of a few prior Chief Justice of India's and the affair of normality.
"The CJI is boss of the judicial family, and an unacceptable meeting can create great disater which may last for many years," he added in his blog note.
His advice comes earlier of the retirement of Chief Justice of India Justice RM Lodha on Sep 27.
"When the current CJI, Justice Lodha depart, the Govt of India should not go by preference but select the deserving candidate and proposed him as the CJI," he added.
Currently there are excellent CJ of High Courts who are worthy to be offered straightly as Chief Justice of India ( CJI ), he added.
