      plant into party programme.

*) India ( Jharkhand ) :-The JMM on Wednesday aver that the BJP was turning the power project to be initiate in Ranchi by Prime Minister Narendra Modi into a party programme inspite of it being a government programme and a "gift" from the prior UPA regime.

In a letter to the PM Modi  and a carbon to the Election Commission among others, JMM general secretary Suprio Bhattacharya said, "It seem you are not coming as the Prime Minister for the programme, but as a exemplary of a special political party."

Narender Modi will commit the 765 KV-Dharmjaygarh-Sipat Transmission Line (POWERGRID) to the nation on Thursday.

Alleging that a government-patron programme was being manifest as a BJP event, Bhattacharya said the project was a boon from the earlier government management as also Modi's new ventures like Kashmir Rail Project and National Highways.

"BJP has made the power project its own with party red-letter, emblem, amass carrying your photo and using campaign vehicles," Bhattacharya added in    his letter to the Prime Minister.
