*) Neither India, nor Pakistan but people of Kashmir     are actual stakeholders of soil: Mirwaiz U Farooq

In an exclusive dialogue with CNN-IBN the Hurriyat chief Mirwaiz Umer Farooq interpreted his session with Pakistan High Commission on Monday. In reply to the only 2 shareholders of Kashmir statement by Ministry of External Affairs, the separatist leaser Mirwaiz utter neither India nor Pakistan but people of Kashmir are actual shareholders of their land.
