(*) Goa government in discrimination row again, point-out to African 

      national as 'negro'

*) India ( Goa ):  In an affix surrender to the state assembly,
along with CM Manohar Parrikar's penned reaction proposed amid the monsoon conference of the assembly on wednesday. the phrase 'unknown African Negro' was  used while remarking to an African civilian who was seized from the beach village of Calangute on May 8.


"This appears loss of cultural sympathy. The Goa government should sensitise its civil servants and assign to people in a decent tone," said Congress leader Manish Tewari.
In Nov 2013, 2 Goa lawmakers were in the jetty after they describe Nigerians as "cancer" and "wild animals".
