(*) India ( New Delhi ): The freshly chosen Bharat Janta Party ( BJP ) national president Amit Shah has earlier remaked the office agents of the party. It was met with no refusal .

The Bharat Janta Party (BJP ) constitution imposes that the national managerial shall choose a parliamentary panel consisting of the party president and 10 members one of whom will be the chief of the party in parliament with party president as chairman. 

One of the public secretaries shall be appointed as the assistant of the parliamentary board.

Panel under Rajnath Singh as President had consists of:

3) Lal Krishn( LK )Advani

4) Narendra Modi

5) Arun Jaitley

6)Sushma Swaraj

7) Nitin Gadkari

The general assistant organisation in this case was Ram Lal who is also called for the panel sessions.

The parliamentary panel is the apical decision making panel of the Bharat Janta Party (BJP ). To enlarge or contract the parliamentary panel, one has to modify the party structure. In the present panel 5 have dealt prior as presidents.

 The Dilemma :-

According to fraternity the conference going on within the Bharat Janta Party (BJP ) on the structure of the new Paliamentary Panel. If the chiefs aged high seventy five (75) are not involved in the panel, then some finest chiefs counting Atal B Vajpayee, Lal K Advani and Dr Murli M Joshi will have to be discarded. 

The RSS' difficulty is the elimination of the elder members may send a wrong noticeable. Another question is whether Union minister Ananth Kumar who discontinue to be general assistant in the new disbursement go on as member of the panel. No sitting CM besides Modi has in the prior been made a representative of the panel.
